PAYMENT
I accept PayPal, checks and money orders for all purchases within the United States. I accept PayPal only for all international purchases.
PayPal payment is required within three (3) days. Checks or money orders must be received within ten days. If payment is not received by these times, the sale will be canceled so that the item can be relisted.
6% sales tax will be charged on all purchases by residents of Pennsylvania.
SHIPPING
Items in stock shipped within two business days of receipt of payment, if paid by PayPal, or when your check clears my bank (please be advised this can take up to one week after deposit). If you ordered a custom item, it can take up to three weeks to complete and ship.
All items are shipped first class, with delivery confirmation, (or first class international mail) through the United States Post Office.
International Customers:
Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery are levied because of your country's tax regulations. As an international buyer, you are responsible for those charges. For any additional information, please refer to your local customs agency. Returns will not be accepted due to unexpected customs fees.

Additional Policies and FAQs
Custom orders are my pleasure. There are so many patterns and thread and bead colors that the possibilities really are almost limitless. What you see in my etsy shop is only a small sampling of what my regular inventory contains - but to scan each and every piece is just beyond my abilities (could someone give me about eight more hours in the day? Or at least three or four more hands??) :-) However, I'd be very pleased to work up something special and unique just for you...please click on "request custom item" on the from page of my shop or message me to discuss the possibilities.
The majority of sales I make are at art/craft shows. Unfortunately, that means that sometimes items I have listed for sale here will suddenly disappear without warning because I have had to deactivate them when they sold at a show. If you saw something you liked and then suddenly "poof!" it was gone, that is likely what has happened. Sometimes I will relist an item once I get it made again, but if you are really interested in something you saw and it has disappeared, seemingly never to return, please message me - it's likely we can work something out!
