All items are sent United States Postal Service by first class mail. If the item is sent domestically, delivery confirmation will be included.

Custom work is welcomed. A 50% deposit may be requested. Custom work may not be exchanged or returned and refunded.

----------Exchanges and Returns----------

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is not as described. In this situation, contact me within seven days of receipt of item and I will provide instruction on how to exchange or return the item.
