Red Panda is owned and operated solely by a lovely girl named Jessica (that's me). I exist in Nashville, TN in the United States. I've been making chainmaille for about 3 years now. There's something really relaxing about it. Opening lots of jump rings. Weaving them. Closing them again. It's a nice pattern, and it makes even nicer ones.

All my items come from a pet and smoke free home.

Payment
I accept the following forms of payment: Paypal, Google checkout, RME, and money order. Please no concealed cash or personal checks.

If paying via paypal, immediate payment after purchase is greatly appreciated. If paying via paypal e-check, items will not ship out until payment has cleared. Payment must be received within 3 days unless prior arrangements are made. After this, a reminder will be sent and if no payment is received, the order will be canceled and negative feedback will be left.


If paying via money order, payment must be mailed out within 3 business days of when the order was placed. Please send me a convo or email to redpandajewelry@gmail.com when the payment has been mailed so I know when to be looking for it. Items will be shipped after payment has cleared.


Shipping
After the receipt of payment, all items will be shipped out within 5 business days, generally within 2-3.

My packaging is VERY earth friendly! I'd like to reduce humanity's footprint on the earth, and every little bit helps. Here's some information about the jewelry boxes I ship in: 100% Recycled Jewelry Boxes. Box board consists of 100% recycled fiber - on average 80% is post consumer. Paper wrap material is Manufactured Carbon Neutral, FSC Certified, Green-e certified with wind certificates, Process Chlorine Free (PCF), Made in the USA with 100% post consumer waste and Green seal certified. All boxes are lined with non-tarnishing ultra white synthetic cotton.

In addition, the mailers I ship the boxes in are made from 100% recycled paper.

If you'd like your order to get to you sooner, please contact me for Priority or Express mail rate quotes. Delivery Confirmation/insurance available for an additional fee.

I combine shipping, so if you buy more than one item, I'll ship them together so the shipping rates of all your other items are drastically reduced.

International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries. I will not mark packages as "gift" or "sample". To do so is a federal crime in the US and could land me jail time. Please note that I am 100% honest on customs forms.


Refunds and Exchanges
I accept refunds on a case by case basis. Since every situation is different, send me a convo explaining yours and I'll see what I can do.

I can make most every chainmaille piece in my store to fit you right! Most things are listed as being about average sizes for women, but I'll be glad to adjust most anything up to 2 inches for no extra charge (excepting really dense weaves and those made from rare materials). Send me a convo before purchase to make sure it is available, then put this information in the notes to seller upon check out and I'll be sure to adjust it for you before it is sent out.

If you receive your jewelry and it does not fit you, I'll be glad to do one adjustment for free. Please make sure you send me a convo beforehand to arrange this. You send it back to me (you pay shipping back), and let me know how you'd like it adjusted. I'll send it back to you (I pay shipping costs back to you) all fixed and ready for you to wear!




♦ ♦ ♦ Lifetime Guarantee:

If your chainmaille piece ever breaks or gets scratched, you can send it back to me for repair. I'll be glad to do this free of charge for most items (as long as I have the rings I used in stock). Send me a convo arranging this before you send me the item. You will send it to me (you pay the postage to me), and I will fix it for you within 5 business days and send it back to you (I will pay the return postage). Your piece will be as good as new and everything will be lovely! :)

I absolutely love making custom orders! Look through my shop and my sold items for ideas. I can remake just about most everything I have sold in any color you can think of. I always have at least 10 colors in stock, and I can order anything I don't. If you find something you like, and want it made in another color, just send me a convo and I'll be glad to help you design something just to your likings.

I can also order different materials. Some people aren't comfortable wearing aluminum, so I can get stainless steel or sterling silver rings. I can also order niobium for those with nickel allergies. Enameled copper has lots of color choices, and the silver color looks very very similar to Sterling silver.
Copper, Brass, Bronze, Sterling silver, Fine silver, 10k gold, 14k goldfill, and gold plated rings are also available.

Once we decide on what the final piece will be, I will ask for a 50% nonrefundable deposit before I start working. Once I receive that, I will begin working on your very own custom creation! I will give you an idea of how long it will take in the original arrangements. Once it is finished, I will list it on etsy for the final 50%, and you can have your item to you in just a few days!
