Refunds and Exchanges
I will fix, replace, or allow you to return ordered items that I made, within 30 days of purchase. If I can not fix or replace the item, you may return it. If you return it you will be refunded the selling price. I cannot guarantee destash. All I can say is that I will not ship you broken destash, and you will get what is described.

I ship from a completely smoke free home. I do have two cats, but I try to make sure no stray hairs find their way into the packages.
Layaway Plan
See something you like but can’t afford right now? I have a very reasonable layaway plan. On any order over $20 or more, you can use layaway. This includes multiple item orders. All I require is a 25% down payment, and the rest to be paid off in 90 days. It can be done in small payments or all at once at the end of the 90 days. Since I the item will no longer be listed, the initial 25% is not refundable. Items will not be shipped until full payment is received. I am very easy to talk to and communicate with, and I can work with special circumstances. Just convo me!
I love to do custom orders! I can do custom orders on any of the item types you see in my shop, and even some you don't. I recently had a request for an anklet, I had never made an anklet. But I worked with the customer on what she wanted, and was able to make her an anklet she was absolutely in love with. And now anklets are one of the biggest selling items in my shop. So if you have any custom request, contact me and we can talk about it.
Unless the item requires new materials that I need to go out and buy, I almost always complete the order within 24 hours. The time frame can be set once the order has been.
Pricing of custom orders is determined by similar items in my shop. On items that the new material needs to be bought, I require payment beforehand. However on items that I already have the materials for, you will likely have no real obligation since I can always post the item for sale to others if you opt out of buying it. Obligation will be determined when arranging the details of the order.
