PAYMENT
I accept PayPal and Amazon payments from everyone. If you experience any issues checking out, just let me know. Ill send you an invoice via email if I dont hear from you within a day. Kansas Residents - Paypal will automatically add appropriate sales tax.
SHIPPING
I ship nearly everywhere via first class. And I LOVE my international buyers. :-)
First Class domestic mail does not offer an option to purchase insurance. However, if you desire to upgrade your shipping options to Priority Mail, which allows an insurance coverage purchase, at an additional fee, I will pay the insurance premium for you.
**International buyers have the option to purchase International Priority Mail which offers delivery confirmation as international first class does not. This service isnt mandatory, however, international first class shipping is not trackable nor traceable.
International buyers may also elect to purchase a Registered Mail option with Priority Mail shipping, which tracks the progress of the shipment along the way and provides insurance on the contents.
Please advise me if you wish to pay to have your purchase shipped via Priority Mail for delivery confirmation, and also let me know if you would like to purchase the Registered Mail option for point to point tracking and insurance. I am not responsible for non-delivery or damage during shipping if you choose to have your item shipped first class without insurance and tracking. Sorry.**
Please be aware of the mailing restrictions within your own country. If these items are not allowed to be shipped into your country, I am not responsible if customs takes possession of a package.
In addition, international buyers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to your respective country. I will include a customs form completed with the items actual value and I wont mark is as a gift, but as a purchase from my shop.
All items are delivered in lovely gift bags and larger items are beautifully boxed with ribbon for delivery.
** If you would prefer to save landfill space, just contact me and I will mail in recycled materials**
I generally mail items within 2 business days of receiving payment. (More than likely within one, but just to be on the safe side) Shipping is stated in each items description. Delivery confirmation is always included in the shipping price. Ill include insurance at postal rates if you desire.

RETURNS
Im happy if you are happy, so please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item if this isnt the case. If you will return the item in the same condition and manner it was sent, Ill refund the purchase price less my mailing costs.
If you purchased an item as a gift, I can resize it as needed or as the piece allows. You will be responsible for all shipping charges. My items have clearly stated sizes in their descriptions. **Please measure before ordering to ensure the best fit.**
There are no exchanges or refunds for items that break because of mistreatment. Ill fix a broken item, if possible, but will charge a small repair fee. If a piece breaks due to craftsmanship, Ill always fix it for FREE.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders within the context of the existing work are always welcome. If you see a style, but not quite the right color, or see a color but not quite the right style, send me an email. We can discuss your ideas and develop the perfect piece to your specifications.
