Shipping

I use USPS shipping, first class with delivery confirmation for US residents, for all packages under 13 ounces. The larger and heavier bags over 13 ounces are shipped Priority mail. If you wish to have shipping upgraded, just let me know and I will update appropriately. I will refund shipping charge overages in excess of $1.00.

Returns

Please note that although I do not accept unauthorized returns, I will review each situation on a case-by-case basis. Keep in mind that I am unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence of use such as staining, perfume, or smoke. You should read the item descriptions carefully and ask any questions you might have before you make the purchase.



Missing/damaged orders:

If there is an error on my part (e.g. I ship the wrong item), I will pay for the return shipping and will correct the error immediately. Please email me with the Subject "Order Error" within 3 Days of receiving your order.

Please email me immediately if your order hasn't arrived after 4 weeks.



If you entered a wrong address at checkout and the package is sent back to me, I will ship it back as soon as you confirm with me your correct address (extra shipping fees may be required).



If you are an international customer, please be aware of the rules and restrictions concerning your particular country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any custom dues, etc. If the cost of shipping seems a bit excessive, please note that anything in excess of $1.00 is refunded.



I do reuse shipping and packaging materials for a greener Earth. Also, to keep waste to a minimum, I do not provide a printed invoice in shipments. If you require an invoice please contact me and I would be more than happy to oblige
