Studio Policies for HosslassArt
Thank you for shopping at my shop, Hosslass Art. I so appreciate your interest and support of my internet art studio here with Artfire. Once someone has made the commitment to purchase art or gifts I feel it's my responsibility to get your purchase as quickly and safely as possible to you. After all, once you've paid for an item, that's YOUR art, and not mine anymore and it needs to be in it's new home asap!!
Please use these methods for payment of your new items: Paypal (credit card, bank account or e-check)or USPS postal money order. If you decide to buy, please pay within three days and if you are having problems, just contact me ASAP and explain the delay. Communication is key, I'm pretty easy to get along with!!
If a situation happens where you need to cancel your order before payment, Please contact me as soon as possible and let me know. I trully hope this doesn't happen, but life happens!
For buyers in the US, shipment is by USPS either first class mail or priority mail. For international buyers, shipment is by International First Class or Global priority mail envelope. I will ship within 24 hours Monday - Friday,(I will also ship on Saturday and Sunday but will drop off at a collection box instead of going to postal clerk.)
It is very important to me that any buyer so enjoys the art or gift, if it happens that is not the case, I will accept returns within one week of purchase and as long as I receive the art/gift in the same shape as it was sold. I will give a refund of the item price (but not shipping charges). You're welcome to return the item at your cost. After one week has passed from purchase, the item is no longer accepted back for a refund.
For items that are received in damaged condition, if there was insurance taken out then you will receive a refund through the postal service, not myself. For your peace of mind, please purchase postal insurance for gifts or fine art pieces.
