Any shipping overage of 1.00 or more will be refunded via Paypal or RME. Refunds or exchanges are accepted within SEVEN days of shipping/TEN days of purchase. (Please allow 1-3 business days for handling and shipping.) Any item up for refund or exchange must be mailed back to me at buyer's expense. I have no doubt we can work out any issue that may arise, although I do not foresee that happening.
In order for custom orders to be perfect, I will need YOUR help in providing the correct sizes, measurements, colors, fabric choices, etc. Speedy reply is essential!
