The "All Countries" Shipping price is a generic price. I will refund any overcharge to shipping to the next dollar.

Returns:
I strive to provide a quality product and the best customer service to all of my customers. I truly appreciate your business and will do my best to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with the purchase you received or it is damaged in shipping you can send it back to me. You may also return items within 7 days, which are in their original condition for a refund of the sale price.

If item is damaged in shipping please take a photograph of the package before opening as well as the item itself. (this will help me with the USPS)
