Payment
Payment is preferred and expected with completion of checkout. If you have trouble paying here on artfire please email me at JuliaCatherineJewelry@gmail.com to request a paypal invoice. I will send one as soon as possible. Payment in full is expected immediately, sale will be canceled if not paid in full within 3 days.

Shipping
In order to serve my customers in the fashion in which they should be, All orders will be made to order and shipped within 5-7 days of completion of payment. Unless noted in their descriptions *Ships Within 24 Hours* Those items are not made to order and WILL ship within 24 hours of completion of payment. Orders can however be expedited at your request, please just ask. This will let me take more time creating your orders and also leave me more time to make more new, fabulous designs.
I will always send your items to the address you have registered with artfire. If your paypal and artfire address do not match, I will send to your artfire address. If you would like your items sent to a different address please let me know (convo me) right after checkout. Please use the artfire contact feature to ask us any other questions.
I ship USPS. (united states postal service)
Domestic (within the us) orders are shipped first class domestic (within the US). I currently ship internationally, however international orders cannot be insured or tracked. International shipping is offering in my shop but at your own risk. I CANNOT be responsible for packages lost by the united states postal service or any other countries post. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for lost items. With International orders i purchase a proof of mailing slip as international orders cannot be insured or tracked, this serves as a way to know that the package was shipped.
All Jewelry pieces are over $30 WITHIN the USA are shipped with Postal Insurance, the shipping cost has automatically been added to those listings. If you would like priority please purchase your items and tell me you would like to upgrade your shipping, then i will invoice you for the difference. If your item is valued under $30 and you wish to insure it, insure can be purchased for $1.65. Please make a note of this in your notes to seller during check and wait for a revised invoice before paying. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. If you do not request insurance on items under $30, you are accepting responsibility if this item is lost or stolen in transit. Therefore these items will replaced only if you wish to pay for another, due to the unique nature of some of my beads and other jewelry items they may not be able to be replaced. I cannot be responsible for items lost by the post office. Items valued over $35 to be sent internationally will be sent USPS priority mail. This is so packages can be tracked.
If you have any questions regarding a product or a change in shipping (upgrade) please contact me, I check my messages frequently and will get back to you as soon as possible. Shipping options can be upgraded to priority or express for an extra charge, just leave a note at checkout and i will send you an invoice for the extra charge.
Whenever it is possible i use recycled mailing materials, I encourage you to do the same.
If you live local to me and would like to pick up your jewelry please make a note of that on notes to seller and wait for a revised invoice before paying so i can subtract shipping costs.

I try to have the photos of my products represent the colors in my jewelry as best as possible. Due to changes in monitor settings and differences in computers, colors of item pictured may be slightly different in person. This is an unpreventable occurrence.
Please also note that although my jewelry is beautiful it is not intended for small children.
