Payment

Please arrange payment within two days of your initial transaction. I accept Paypal, or international money orders. If you are planning to send a money order, please contact me first.
Shipping

My books are always ready for shipping on the same day as purchase, or the very next day.
Within Canada, shipping time is often less than a week.
To the USA, shipping is typically about two weeks and can be a bit longer to some of the more distant locales.
For all other countries, please allow 3 or 4 weeks for delivery.
Packaging

Sometimes I will re-use clean packing materials for shipping. If you prefer entirely new material, please let me know when you place your order.

Shipping prices as quoted are for Canada Post Expedited service for delivery within Canada. International shipping prices are for Canada Post Airmail service. Some slim books can be shipped as oversized letter mail. If you would like to have more shipping options, just convo me before paying and I'll let you know what else is available.
The cost of shipping might seem a bit high and, besides the fact that Canada Post is simply more expensive than other postal services, I usually ship my books in boxes which typically cost more to ship than padded envelopes. The boxes will ensure that your book is well protected while in transit. Some slim books will be shipped in a sturdy padded envelope. If you would like to discuss the possibility of less expensive shipping just convo me before you order and I'll let you know if it is possible for the book you want to purchase.
I try to make sure that my packages are very well packed, correctly addressed, and insured. If you think your package has been lost in the mail please let me know so I can make an insurance claim and get your money back (with Canada Post, only the shipper can submit such a claim).
Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your book, just send it back to me in its original package and in its original condition, and I will give you a full refund, including all your shipping costs. If your book is returned for some other reason, I will refund the full cost of the book and half the shipping costs.
