I accept paypal and will send out your order as soon as the payment is cleared.


I accept cheques and, again, will send out the order as soon as the cheque clears (this can be 3-5 working days)

Shipping is charged on weight alone. Each item will have it's own shipping charge. If multiple orders come to less than the given price, I will refund you the difference.





Returns will only be accepted if the goods are faulty. Then you will have a choice of replace or refund. I will also refund your return-shipping cost; whatever you decide.





Custom-builds are charged at the normal rate for a puppet of that size and materials. No extra charge for design.
