Shipping
I am a small business and in order to keep down cost I only ship twice a week, however if you are need to recieve your items faster just let me know and I will accomodate your needs whenever possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
I handle all refunds on a case by case situation but rest assured I will work with you to make you happy. If you are unhappy with a purchase for any reason you can always exchange it as long as the item is in it's original form.
