We make every effort to ship within 24 hours of your purchase, unless it falls on a holiday or a weekend. If this is the case we will ship the following business day, unless your item(s) are custom made. We will advise you as to the expected ship times in this instance.

We try to keep the shipping costs down so whenever possible we will use USPS. For heavier items we will ship Priority mail.

We offer refunds (or exchanges) on any item that is defective or broken as long as it is returned within 7 days, and in the same condition that it was received. We do not refund shipping costs.
