SHIPPING:all orders will be shipped USPS 2-3 days after payment is received. All shipping prices are in item listing.
RETURNS: all returns and refunds will be handled on a case by case basis. Please convo. me with any refund or return questions.
CANCELLED ORDERS: If you need to cancel an order please contact me immediately. I will not leave negative feedback for orders that are cancelled in a timely manner.
CUSTOM ORDERS: I will do custom orders. Prices for custom order will depend on size of item, time it takes to make and complexity of the design. All money must be received before order will be sent. Turn around time will depend on the order requested. Convo. me or make a request through alchemy and I will let you know the price and time it will take.
