Payment
PayPal payment is expected immediately upon checkout and items will ship ASAP after payment is confirmed. If you choose to send a check, I will deposit the check and wait up to ten days for it to clear, prior to shipping. Money orders: Postal money orders or Western Union are preferred and if paid with a Postal money order or Western Union, your item will ship ASAP. If using another type of money order (like from a local convenience store) I will have to deposit it and confirm that it is a valid money order, prior to shipping.
Shipping
Upon receiving your confirmed payment, I will send you a message that will confirm your order, your address, and the date I will ship.
DROP SHIPPING: I will be happy to ship your item to a third party upon request. Please make sure you have an accurate address for the addressee, and let them know they should expect a package at that address.
SHIPPING:
Domestic shipping to the USA is First Class with Delivery Confirmation. Insurance is free on orders over $100.
International shipping is First Class International. Please note there is no tracking available for this type of international shipping. Allow 3 weeks for your package to arrive, although my experience has been 6 days shipping time.
If you would like faster shipping, please let me know in the "message to seller" and I will update your rates and send you a PayPal invoice for the difference. International buyers are responsible for any customs, duty or VAT charges. If the value of your item is over $100, I recommend that you request me to upgrade your shipping to something trackable and/or insured.
Refunds and Exchanges
RETURNS: If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it at your expense for shop credit or an exchange. This is not applicable for custom orders. Return shipping postage is the responsibilty of the buyer, and the buyer will be invoiced for the postage to send the new item.
There are NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES for Custom Orders.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders are required to be paid 100% in advance. Contact me to discuss your idea. When we have finished the discussion I will list your order as a RESERVED listing, and send you the link to the listing. Read your order listing carefully when I post it, if there is anything in there that you question, contact me PRIOR to paying for the listing so that I can edit it as needed. If issues arise during my work on your order, where I will need your input, I will contact you.
