PAYMENT TERMS:
Payment is expected at the time of purchase, however, I do allow up to 3 days for electronic payment before I actually cancel your order. I currently accept electronic and e-check payments via PayPal only. I do accept personal checks and money orders, however, please keep in mind that I will not ship until payment clears. I work in banking, so that’s usually 3-5 business days. All orders shipped to the state of Maryland are subject to sales tax which is currently 6.5%.
SHIPPING:
I ship domestically and internationally via USPS only. During the summer months (June-Sept), I do not ship domestically on Saturdays because in DC, it gets hot-and HUMID! I don’t want your delicious soaps baking in some hot mail truck all weekend and then it arrives mushy and gross. Sometimes it’s unavoidable, but I find that if you pop your soap in the fridge for an hour or two, it will harden again. I strive to ship your order within 2-3 days within purchase. I always keep in touch if there will be a delay in shipping. I do offer combined (Flat rate) shipping if requested. When you buy 3 or more bars of soap, your order will automatically ship flat rate, and I’ll refund the difference to you.
I ship to the PayPal invoice. IF you want your order shipped to a different address, please, please, PLEASE let me know in the notes to seller. Otherwise, I will ship to the address listed in PayPal.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:
Because of the nature of the bath and body and hygiene products, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please read all ingredients carefully before making your purchase or contact me if you have questions. I am very convo-friendly, and I will be happy to answer any questions you may have. I will replace any candles that are broken during transit.
Handmade products are just that: Usually no two items will look the same and soap colors may vary from batch to batch. Products containing vanilla may and will most likely brown over time. The item has not gone rancid; it’s just the vanilla rearing its beautiful, sweet brown head.
If you are pregnant or nursing, please consult with your physician before using or even handling any product that contains essential oils.
