I am currently stationed with my husband at Aviano AFB, Italy. I can ship to US clients via USPS, and shipping generally takes about 1 week, but can be slightly longer. For international orders I can ship either by Italian Post or DHL. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs.

I want my clients to be 100% satisfied. If you are unhappy with your order, I will gladly offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

If an item needs to be resized, I will be happy to do so. Whether or not there is a fee will depend on the piece in question. Some pieces may require more work than others. Sizes/lengths will be listed with each item, and whenever possible I will try to do resizing at the time of purchase.

If an item should break due to workmanship, I will repair it free of charge. Buyers pay for shipping to me, and I will pay for return shipping. If damage is due to improper care, normal studio rates and replacement material costs will apply. I will send care instructions for all items purchased.

I will gladly work with you on custom designs and re-designs of jewelry you may have sitting around. There will be a deposit required for materials. I will give you an estimate of the total cost, but this may not be the final price, depending on the complexity of the piece.
REGARDING LEAD: All my jewelry except pieces containing Swarovski (lead crystal) is made with lead free material to the best of my knowledge. All items unless otherwise noted are not meant for children younger than 16 years of age.
Should you need jewelry for younger children, I will be happy to make something to your specifications.
