While I do love to create on a whim, I also do special orders. See a design you love but want a different color? Perhaps you need a specific number of beads? Did you miss out on getting a set first? Most of my sets can be redone and I will happily make what you need. I can list a reserved listing just for you. You only need to ask by sending me an email.

Payment
I take paypal and money orders.

Shipping
Shipping is included in the price of the item. I insure packages shipped within the United States.

I try to ship every day. I will miss Saturdays during the Winter and here and there, but expect your package to go out with 48 hours of payment.

Refunds and Exchanges
I do my best to show accurate photographs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me. If the problem is my fault, I will refund your entire purchase price. If the problem is size, materials or anything clearly stated in the listing pictures and description I will refund less the actual shipping costs to you. Refunds will be given after receipt of the original item.
