I of course want my buyers to be happy so I make my items with the utmost of care. If there is a problem, I definitely want to know about it. I will fix the problem any way I can.

If you just changed your mind and would like to exchange the item, you must send the item back - buyer pays return shipping and I will exchange the item for another.

Refunds are not an option unless the items was never received and a new item could not be offered.
