Payment
All payment must be received in full before I ship an order.

I reserve the right to refuse any personal check which I or my bank feels is suspicious. All checks will be held for 7 days before orders are shipped. Orders paid by money order will not be shipped until the money order is successfully redeemed.

Shipping
I ship by Priority mail Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, unless it is a holiday or the post office is closed for the day. I will inform you by email of any delays such as severe weather preventing me from sending orders on time. I will also notify you by email of when the order was shipped.

All supplies such as charms are shipped First Class rather than Priority.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order or if it arrives broken you may return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving it for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Warnings
I do not recommend Noadi's Art creations for children under 10 years old. Sculptures are fragile and should be kept out of reach of little kids and pets to protect them from breakage. All jewelry and some sculpture contains small parts and present a choking hazard for young children.
