Returns on noncommissioned items are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item. The product must be returned in the same condition it was shipped in. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Custom orders require 50% down and 50% upon completion of the order. Orders must be paid for in full before I will ship. Returns are not accepted on custom orders.
