I generally ship items on Tuesdays and Thursdays, unless of course I'm running errands in which case your package will head out in the mail. Now that winter is here driving conditions where I live may be iffy-if there will be a delay in shipment I will be sure to contact you. I ship via USPS First Class Mail, but a priority upgrade is available.



I want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If, for any reason you are not happy with your item, please contact me to request a return authorization. Once I receive the item back, I will refund your purchase price. I do not refund shipping charges unless there was an error on my part.



Like the pendant but not the color? I have lots of glazes and underglazes and I'm willing to work with you to create the perfect piece. I can also create the pendants without glazing them, if you would like to apply your own custom paint or decoupage onto them.
