Studio Policies for SweetFreedom

PAYMENT
Payment is expected immediately upon purchase unless prior written arrangement has been made explicitly and directly with me.

Georgia residents will be charged 7% State sales tax.

SHIPPING
I strive to mail orders within 2 business days. However, I am currently unable to ship on Mondays. All US domestic shipping charges include delivery confirmation.

Items will be shipped to the your confirmed PayPal address, so please insure that your Artfire address matches your PayPal address in order to avoid shipping delays. In cases where these addresses do NOT match, I must ship to the confirmed PayPal address in order to benefit from Paypal's merchant protection services. If you need shipping to a different address for gift purposes, please contact me.

Almost all of my pieces are one-of-a-kind, so domestic shipping charges for items over $35.00 also include insurance through USPS, first class.

Insurance and Delivery Confirmation for items shipped internationally are not offered; international shipping outside the US will be regular USPS First Class. In all cases, if you need faster delivery, please contact me ASAP

**Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all customs fees and/or value added taxes, regardless of cost.

RETURN POLICY:
I want you to be happy with your purchase. Photos are taken in my portable photo studio. It is often difficult to capture the true color of the beads, especially lampworked beads and dichroic glass, but I have done my best, and have added as much description as possible. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return it, in the original package, within 7 days, for a full refund MINUS my shipping and listing fees. I recommend insuring the return, as no refund can be issued for lost or damaged items. I CANNOT accept for return any items that have been worn or used in any way.

If an item breaks within the first three months of use, due to a defect in either the materials or craftmanship, please return it to me and I will attempt to repair it. You will be responsible for any shipping fees and additional repair charges, and please be aware that I may not be able to replace lost beads! Please insure your return package!

I am not responsible if any items break due to carelessness or other factors that do not pertain to the item's materials or workmanship. It is strongly recommended that beadwoven jewelry NOT be worn during bathing, showering, and sports! It also doesn't do well in the washer and dryer (yes, someone tried this - don't ask.)
