Payment FAQ's-
How do you accept checks or money orders? - Your piece will not be sent out until the check or money order clears (this can take up to 2 weeks) and if your payment is no good or "bounces" you will be charged a $25 fee.
How do I pay for a custom order? - Custom orders require at least a 50% non-refundable deposit before any work is started. The rest can be paid as you like. Once payment is made in full, the piece will be sent out. All custom orders are to be paid via Paypal or RME.
Shipping FAQ's -
I am shipping on Wednesdays only, due to the fact that I am having a baby any day now. See my bio for more information.
I ship using USPS first class shipping with delivery confirmation for most orders. If you would like me to upgrade to priority mail or add insurance to a piece, please let me know so I can figure out the shipping charge.
I'm an international buyer, what should I know about your shipping? - International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties which belong to their countries. ALL INTERNATIONAL ITEMS ARE SENT GLOBAL PRIORITY.
PDF Crochet Pattern FAQ's
I have a different email address on my Paypal or RME account - I will send the pdf pattern to the Artfire account email unless there is a note to me stating differently.
Can I custom design a pattern? - Yes. Please drop me a line at knotbygranma (at) gmail (dot) com or send me a convo and I will get back to you within 24 hours. (M-F)
How long it take to get my pattern? - You will receive your pattern within 24 hours of your payment clearing.
How are my patterns sent? - All patterns are sent as PDF files in an email attachment. Please add the KBG email address to your address book, so it doesn't get stuck in a spam box. knotbygranma (at) gmail (dot) com.
