PAYMENT

I currently accept payments by Paypal and direct deposit. Paypal doesnt require an account to send payment - simply use your credit card.

Payment must be received within 2 days of purchase, unless previously arranged.

Australian customers - please contact me if you would like to pay via direct deposit.


SHIPPING

I ship worldwide, from Australia.

Postage costs apply to the first item and any additional items are free of cost.

Items will be posted within 2 days, unless otherwise specified (eg made to order beads).


REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Exchanges are possible if you are unhappy with your item. Please email me within 2 days of receiving the product.

If items are damaged in transit, a refund or exchange will be offered. If possible, I will attempt to remake the item. However, as my beads are handmade, the replacement beads will not be identical.

If an exchange is requested, postage is at the expense of the buyer. If the item is damaged, I will pay for the return postage. Damage in transit is a risk that is shared between the seller and buyer.
