Payment
US funds ONLY.
I PREFER PayPal. PayPal & Credit Card Payments: Please pay for your purchase(s) within 24 hours. You are not required to have a PayPal account to use a credit card through PayPal.
I will accept USPS(only)Money Orders, or Personal Checks.
USPS Money Orders may be cashed immediately at the post office.
Personal Checks must clear the bank before purchases will be shipped.
Shipping
Unless otherwise noted in description.
No APO's.
Shipping is via U.S. Postal Service (within the continental USA). If you would prefer an alternative shipping method please contact me for pricing.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
I am open to other shipping methods if it is less expensive please advise.
I am more than happy to ship internationally. I will use a USPS flat rate envelope whenever possible.
Seller will not accept responsibility for item "not received" if you choose to not purchase tracking. I have to be able to track the package from door to door. Please contact me with questions. Thank you!
If a price for "ELSEWHERE" is listed, the excess above .99¢ will be refunded
NO EXCEPTIONS:
I package your items the same way, except that I hand write your address on the bubble envelope/packaging, drive to post office, present your package for weighing and the correct postage, affix a customs form that is marked 'sale' with the appropriate value amount. It is your responsibility to find out what your countries individual duties and taxes are for the package you have chosen to import into your country. I will not pay for your customs tax. Nor will I replace your item if it is detained or damaged by customs, by any other method, or if you have not requested and paid to insure your purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
I hope that you love everything that you order. I strive to ensure all of my creations are made with quality.
You may return your purchase in its original condition, minus fees and all shipping costs within 48 hours after arrival.
Return should include delivery confirmation.
Seller is not responsible for loss or damages of item(s) during the original shipping or return process.
Exchange or store credit will be issued upon return arrival if inspection is satisfactory to seller.
Additional Policies and FAQs
LAY-A-WAY: $100 or 1/2 down which ever is greater, with the balance paid as follows: 1/2 of the balance in 2-4 weeks, with the final amount owed in 2-4 weeks. Details specific to each customer do to the variety of items in my shop.
All Lay-A-Way payments are non-refundable, as this program removes the item for circulation with possible loss of another sale.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION:
Delivery Confirmation is optional though recommended on all purchases. If you would like to have it added to your purchase for delivery within the US 48 continuous states, there will be an additional fee of .85¢. I will NOT be responsible for for the post office's possible loss. Delivery confirmation is highly recommended. Please contact if you would like this added to your purchase.
INSURANCE:
Insurance is optional though recommended on all purchases. If you would like to have it added to your purchase for delivery within the US 48 continuous states, there will be an additional fee depending on the amount of the purchase. I will NOT be responsible for the post office's possible loss or damage of your purchase, insurance is a very good idea. Please contact if you would like this added to your purchase.
