Shipping

I prefer to ship via USPS Priority Mail service boxes. If you prefer to have your item shipped first class in a puffy envelope, just convo me and I can change it for you.


Refunds and Exchanges

Patterns are never eligible for refund once I have sent it to you. If I've sent you the pattern, it's yours to keep forever and ever. If you cancel the sale before I send you the pattern, I will refund your money.



If you purchase a finished object, and are not happy with it after you receive it, I will be happy to exchange it for something similar or something entirely different AFTER you return it to me. Shipping will not be reimbursed.



Additional Policies and FAQs


My Pattern Usage Policy: You do not have my permission to sell or give away my patterns after you purchase them. However, I don't mind if you sell what you make from my patterns after you make them. Please give me credit, though, for designing the item that you made with a link to my shop.



Custom Orders: I'm always happy to do a custom order -- I love making items from my own patterns for those who don't crochet, and I enjoy making new things from your suggestions. I also like making baby blankets, as well. Just convo (or email me at hello@sherricrochets.com) and ask, and we'll set something up.
