Studio Policies for sixhours
My ultimate goal is to share my vision of the world with others, while creating positive relationships and experiences with my customers.
I welcome e-mails regarding my work and my policies. I want you to be satisfied with your purchases, so please don't hesitate to contact me if you have questions or concerns! Good communication is key.
Payment
I accept PayPal and Google Checkout payment options.
I do not accept checks, money orders, or other forms of payment at this time.
If you are a resident of Maine, USA, I am required to charge a 5% state sales tax (not including shipping). Your invoice will automatically be adjusted through PayPal if your shipping address is a Maine residence.
Shipping
Most prints (with the exception of custom orders) are purchased on an individual basis after orders are taken, so please allow up to 2 weeks for shipping within the U.S., and possibly more for international orders.
Please note: International customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, or duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.
Prints generally ship from my location (Maine, USA) within 1 week from the purchase date (the date on which I receive payment for your order).
I ship USPS Priority Mail for U.S. orders and First-Class Mail International for international orders. Orders are packed in a sturdy photo mailer or tube (depending on your order size) and clearly marked "Do Not Bend" to ensure that your prints arrive without creases or folds. I insure and use delivery confirmation whenever possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
I work in a color-balanced environment and do my best to ensure my photos are as beautiful in print as they are on the computer, but I cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your monitor will match that of the prints exactly, because everyone's monitors and color settings are different.
I always ship with insurance when available, so if your print is lost or damaged in shipping, please contact me. I will file a claim with the post office and refund your purchase price (minus shipping) and/or replace your print upon successful completion of claim.
Please note that most international orders cannot be insured against damage or loss, and therefore I cannot offer refunds, however I can replace your damaged or lost print(s) at cost.
Additional Policies and FAQs
All photos are printed on Kodak Supra Endura professional archival paper using the dye sublimation printing process.
