Studio Policies for Cyndiesmithdesigns
Your item will be shipped within 3 days of receiving payment,(not including weekends) unless it is a custom order or resizing. Depending on the number of orders I have, custom orders may take a week to 10 days. You will be notified via email or convo if there is a delay.
I charge $2.50 for anywhere within the United States. I prefer to insure, but unless the item is $100.00 or more, I won't do it unless it is requested. If the item is over $100.00, it will be insured and sent with delivery confirmation, so you will see a higher shipping cost. I do refund the difference if your location results in a lesser fee than charged. If you are in a rush to receive the item, I will expedite if you so indicate, and will invoice you via paypal if the charge is over
the regular $2.50.
Overseas orders welcome. I ship anywhere overseas, USPS 1st class for $5.00. (except for items $100 or more, see above) If you need it by a certain date, please convo me and I'll give you a quote for expedited shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns: Please notify me within three days of receiving the article of your intent to return it.
Refunds will be sent via paypal upon receiving the item.
If the piece is received by the buyer damaged, you will also have the option to return it, exchange it or return it for repairs and I will cover all the shipping expenses. I try to be exact on the sizing, but if it doesn't fit, let me know, and, where possible, I'll adjust it to your size.
Custom orders: If you are a first time customer, I ask for 1/2 down upon agreement to a custom order, and 1/2 upon completion and approval. If you are a returning customer, it is not necessary to pay up front, unless you choose to do so. Before final payment, you will receive photos of the completed item for your approval. This will be your chance to make any changes! If the item does not fit when you receive it, I will happily make the changes at no charge. Just notify me and send the item back. When the adjustments have been made, I will ship to you at no charge. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!
