All Lunargent Workshop creation are made in a pet-free and smoke-free environment.

The Attic section contains overstocked supplies and creations from other craft eras of my life. (I had a "paper" phase, I'm not sure it's fully over yet... Those skills are useful for making containers for my jewelry.)
Payment
Payment is to be received within 5 days of purchase.
No taxes will be applied, since I am not required by law to collect them (small supplier).
Payment is non-refundable once item has been shipped. You may ship the item back and your payment will be refunded (except shipping charges).
Shipping
Shipping is made in padded envelopes for most items, within 3 three days of payment.
If you wish for special packaging, insurance or confirmation, cost for these can be quoted on.
Custom charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges
If the item is defective within the stated warranty term, you may return it for repair or replacement (see individual items for more details). Shipping for repair is at your charge for the going trip and I will pay for the return for the first two repairs.
I really don't expect my jewelry to break, I just want you (the potential buyer) to feel confident that if problems do arise, they will be addressed.
If no confirmation or insurance is purchased, I will not be responsible for losses in transit.
