WELCOME Hello and welcome to my studio.:) I mainly sell my paper crafts here along with some vintage goods, craft supplies and craft books. PAYMENT I must be paid in full before I ship an item. I accept payment through Paypal and will now take money orders. You can pay with a credit card through Paypal if you do not have an account there. Payment is appreciated within 48 hours of placing order. If paying with money order, than you will need to get that to me within 7 days. I will ship item out after I have received your payment. SHIPPING I will ship items out within 1-3 days after payment. Items are shipped USPS First Class Mail. For international orders (5 -10 business days). Customer has to pay for extra shipping costs if you would like your order shipped USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express. If the shipping ends up not being as much as you paid, I will refund you accordingly. I typically use package material that I myself have receiced in the mail and will wrap everything up in a very pretty way. I also make sure that everything is nice and secure. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES I will always try to describe my items as best as I can and if there is any question about things don't hesitiate to ask, please. I am not responsible for lost,stolen, or damaged packaged. Please let me know though if something does go wrong so that I can try my best to remedy the problem.:) CUSTOM ORDERS I will also do custom orders. I will need up to up to 1 week to complete, depending on how many orders I have going on at the time. ADDITIONAL POLICIES AND FAQS My things are made in a smoke-free home. We have outside pets but they do run through the house on occassion.:)
