Studio Policies for spartasoap
$4.95 Flat rate USPS Priority Mail shipping for US orders. One bar, five bars, ten bars or more, shipping stays at $4.95. All shipping chargers over $4.95 will be refunded within 24 hours.
Each bar of soap weighs 3.7 (possibly a little more) ounces.
Bar shape is rectangular.
The dimensions are approximately 4 x 3 x 1.
Our soap looks great in a soap dish!
Each bar of soap is labeled with all ingredients listed.
Packaging: Our soap is shrink wrapped, so it will remain intact until use.
Handmade natural soap should be stored out of strong light.
Strong light may cause our natural colorants to lighten, but will not affect the quality of the soap.

You do not need a Paypal account You can use your credit card via paypal as you would on any other shopping cart system.
I want to point out is that soap is heavy -> for example, three bars ship at one pound.
I do not accept any type of mail in payment (checks/money orders).
Payment expected within 5 days unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Shipping
I no longer offer international sales (including Canada) and shipping. This is due to the addition of more forms. All sales are US only. This may change in the near future.
New shipping rates starting January 18th:
1 bar: $2.75
2 bars: $3.50
3 bars: $4.95
4 or more bars: Actual weight USPS Priority Mail from zip code 15005, shipping not to exceed $10.35. And as always, in the case of an overcharge, all excess shipping is refunded within 24 hours.
I ship to the address in Artfire. If you wish to have your order shipped to another address, please send a convo.
*** NOTE: Orders purchased via US accounts, but shipped internationally will require additional shipping fees. Please convo us before purchasing if you are using a US account and require international shipping.

Omissions/Incorrect items: No matter how hard we try, we do make the occasional mistake. :) If an item(s) is missing or we sent the wrong item, please let us know within seven (7) days and we will ship the missing or replace the incorrect item(s) as soon as possible at no charge to you.
