All original paintings are sent recorded with insurance and a tracking facility. This is stated on each listing.

I send everything else by economy unless otherwise requested. If you need something by a certain date, firstly make sure you leave at least 6 weeks to be on the safe side. I've sent things priority and they have still taken 35 days to get there although recently an economy shipped item got there in 4 days! If you do wish me to send by priority, then convo me first so that I can give you a new shipping cost.

Customers in the US - Please note that we do not have the same postal facilities here in France. No tracking of packages is possible unless something is sent by registered and recorded mail. This costs considerably more. I would recommend that you send by recommended mail for orders over $50 so please ask me about shipping costs.

Customers in Australia - I cannot send any of my seeded or wood items due to the strict custom rules in your country.

I send items all over the world on a regular basis so I'm very used to packaging items so that they arrive with you in perfect condition.

Please bear in mind that all these things are handmade from natural products and as such there will be irregularities and tiny flaws in the materials used.

If it should be the case that the item does not arrive in perfect condition, please convo me to discuss but I will offer a full refund taking into consideration the circumstances.

If you wish to make an exchange, I would be happy to do this but I will not pay for the shipping costs to return the original item in this case.
