Payment

Paypal is preferred. I will also accept checks, but will not ship until the check has cleared my bank. Paypal is much quicker and you can set up an account with them quickly and for free!

Shipping

All packages are sent via U.S.P.S within two business days after full payment. Custom work may take a week.

If you want express mail or insurance on your shipment, please mention it in the "message to seller" and I'll send you a revised invoice by Paypal.

For international destinations, please contact me.

Refunds and Exchanges

The measurements of all my pieces are given in the descriptions. I will be very happy to re-make it to your specifications. If you have any concerns, or want more information about a specific piece, or want the piece made to a specific size, please convo me.

If there is a problem when you receive the item, exchanges and refunds in merchandise credit are possible if you return the item to me within ten days after you receive it.

The special shipping fees aren't refundable unless there is clearly a mistake on my part (e.g. wrong item). I have most definintely been known to make a mistake so let me know!

Alterations are usually possible: if you want something shortened, lengthened or an extender added, don't hesitate to ask. I want to be sure that your purchase is right for YOU.
