Studio Policies for infivision
Welcome
I know that trusting someone with your precious items can be tough, especially when you've never met them. Rest assured your items will be safely handled and returned to you in the condition they were sent. Infinite Vision is here to help you promote your shop and ours, not be a fly-by-night operation. Still nervous? Drop us a line. We'll do everything we can to set your mind at ease.
Payment
We will accept PayPal payments. It's easy for us, and easy for you. It costs you nothing to get started, so go ahead and give it a go. This is the only accepted form of payment for international buyers.
Also, you can choose to pay by U.S. Postal Money Order if you are in the United States.
Shipping
As the purchaser of our photographic services, you agree to securely shipping your items for your photo shoot to our studios. Once received, we will ship your items back to you within one week at no charge to you. Please make sure you read our information on Refunds and Exchanges for further information on shipping.
For our prints, please allow 7-10 days for us to process and get your item to you within the United States. There will be a slightly higher wait time for international buyers. We need the time to proof your print so that you are receiving nothing but the highest quality product. If we aren't satisfied with the print, we will have it redone. This quality control means a slightly longer wait time for your item, but in the end you'll be happier for it.
Refunds and Exchanges
When purchasing studio packages, please keep in mind it is your responsibility to make sure that your items are well packaged to prevent damage, have proper amounts of insurance should it be required, and addressed to our studios correctly. We can not be held responsible for lost or stolen items during the shipping process to our studios. On the return trip, your items will of course be shipped with tracking numbers and the appropriate level of insurance. This protects both us and you.
If any item print you purchase does not arrive in pristine condition, simply send me a convo and I will rectify the situation by either sending another copy, or providing you with a full refund.
