Payment


At the moment, I am only accepting Paypal. By using your Paypal account, you can pay with a credit card, instant transfer, or e-check. Please be aware that if you pay with an e-check, shipping will be delayed until the e-check clears my bank, which can take several days.





Payment is expected when your order is placed.








Shipping


I ship using only the United Stated Postal Service. Orders that weigh less than 13 ounces will be mailed 1st Class Mail. Orders that weight more than 13 ounces will be shipped via Priority Mail or parcel post. All orders will recieve free delivery confirmation.








Refunds and Exchanges


There will be no refunds or exchanges for custom items. If for any reason you would like to return an item, you must contact me within 24 hours of recieving your order. The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges, which must be insured. Your refund will be for the purchase price of the item only and will only be issued when I receive the returned item in the same condition in which it left my care. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The item(s) must be returned to me within 7 days of receiving your order.






Custom Orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the agreed-upon purchase price prior to my beginning work on the piece. Custom orders may take several weeks to complete.
