Studio Policies for theopalescence

Shipping

-Shipping prices reflect the cost of postage, delivery confirmation, and packaging.

-I am very happy to ship internationally, just send me a conversation and I can work out the cost of shipping anywhere outside the U.S. My international shipping costs include cost of packaging and cost of a "certificate of mailing". They are sent via USPS First Class International Mail and take anywhere from 7 to 14 days to arrive once shipped (the post office tends to be fairly vague on exact number of days)

-International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries

-All orders delivered in the U.S. will be delivered via USPS First Class Mail(depending on the weight of the package, any orders that weigh over 13 ounces will go out Priority Mail) and should arrive at your doorstep 3 to 5 days after the order is mailed (excluding Weekends and Holidays and hoping that the post office stays on target). If you need an item shipped faster, let me know and I will recalculate the shipping for you!

-All orders, **except for items paid for by E-check**, will be posted 1 to 3 days after they are paid for (excluding Weekends and Holidays).

-Orders Placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be posted on Monday or Tuesday (unless Monday is a Holiday.)

-Items paid for by E-check will not be shipped out until the E-check has cleared, this usually takes 3-4 business days (sometimes longer if there is a weekend or holiday during that time).

-If you would like a speedier arrival, convo me and I can work out cost of priority mail or other.

-If you would prefer your package to be insured, let me know and I can adjust the cost accordingly.

Refunds and Exchanges

Opalescence will give a full refund, less the cost of initial or return shipping, within 30 days on any item should you decide to return it for any reason (broken when received, it wasn't properly described, it wasn't what you expected, etc..). Breakage that has occured in-transit must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item. Opalescence is not responsible for any damage that occurs due to misuse or improper care of the item.

If a package is lost in the mail (fingers crossed, knock on wood this doesn't happen), I will refund the money. If you bought stitch markers, I'll gladly replace the item. If you bought jewelry I will try my best to replicate the piece you bought. Sometimes that's not always possible as the beads I use are rare and hard to find.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Reserved items will only be listed for 7 days. After 7 days they'll be removed so I can enter them back into my regular stock.
