PAYMENT:
I accept payment through Paypal or a major credit card. Payments must be made within 3 days of purchase.
If you are in Canada and would like to send a cheque or well concealed cash (at your own risk) then please contact me and we can work something out.
SHIPPING:
Packages will be shipped within 7 days upon receipt of payment (usually within 3). Orders should arrive within 2 weeks (faster if you're in Canada). If you live in the Greater Vancouver Region delivery/pick up may be arranged- please make arrangements prior to purchase by sending a message.
REFUNDS:
If there is a problem with your purchase please contact me.
PACKAGING:
Are you sending someone a surprise little gift? I'd be happy to include a note card with your message- just include what you'd like to say in the comments when you purchase.
I like to use recycled packaging whenever I have it available (less waste and lowers costs for me and you!) If you prefer that I use new materials (e.g. you're sending a gift to someone) please say so in the comments and I will gladly oblige.
