Exchanges or Returns with Refunds will only be accepted if the product is returned in like new condition and only for these reasons: (1) The color is very different from what the purchaser expected; and (2) The quality is not what the customer expected. The customer will be responsible for paying return postage.

I ship USPS 1st Class. Occasionally, usually when multiple items are ordered at the same time, I will ship USPS Priority. All orders are carefully packed to protect your yarn or fiber.
