As a small business owner, I want to encourage buyers to read up on the descriptions of each product before buying to make sure it is what they are hoping for! I'll try to be as descriptive as possible on my part!

The measurements for the cases and sleeves will be as accurate as possible. As each piece is a one of a kind art-piece, they cannot be replaced. But they can be returned for repair within 30 days - but I do my best to make 'em good!

Due to hygienic reasons, the Eco-TAV Food products cannot be returned, but can be exchanged within 30 days due to any "manufacturers defects" - if a snap pops off, send it back and I'll repair or replace it!
