At Kitsch Designs we make every effort to offer the best service possible. If you encounter any problems in ordering from us, please let us know immediately. We always intend to fully satisfy!

Payment
We accept and prefer PayPal payments, however we will also accept money orders and personal checks. We will hold purchases via money order and personal check until they have cleared (minimum of 3 days).

Shipping
Items are shipped via USPS with tracking, within 24 hours of payment. Please let us know if you need a faster shipping time and we will adjust the fees accordingly. All packages include tracking fees in addition to the shipping, which will be paid by the buyer.
PLEASE NOTE: Custom orders may take a little longer to ship out, so please be sure to let us know if you need it by a certain date.

Refunds and Exchanges
Any item can be returned for a refund (minus shipping costs) within 10 days of purchase. Items must be in the same condition as they were when sent. Please convo us immediately if any problems arise or if you have any other questions.
