Payment
Please via Paypal, you do not need a PayPal account to pay with PayPal and you can use a credit card.
Goods will not be dispatched until the payment fully clears into my account.
Postage and packing
I ship worldwide. If you require insurance email me for a quote.
Delivery
I send out orders within three days of payment clearing. I will normally contact you to let you know your item has been shipped. I am in the Ireland, if you are outside of the UK and ROI please allow up to 10 days for your parcel to be delivered from the day it was dispatched.
Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please send me and email. I will refund the cost of the item if it is returned within 7 days of receipt and is in its original condition. I will not refund postage costs unless the item is faulty.
I am proud of the high quality of my work, if a fault of any kind becomes apparent I will refund, replace or repair, whichever is most suitable and acceptable in each case. When returning items please ensure you use an adequate method of postage and insurance for the value of the item being returned, and obtain a proof of posting. If an item is faulty all postage costs will be reimbursed.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
