Studio Policies for SignatureSterling

PAYMENT METHODS SignatureSterling accepts payment via PAYPAL. Payment is expected within seven days of purchase. If you are using a discount code or purchasing an item during an advertised sale, be sure to put your “code” or sale instructions in the “Notes to Seller” at checkout and WAIT for a REVISED invoice before making payment. Only one discount code/sale may be used for each purchase.

SHIPPING Your order will usually ship within 2 business days, unless noted otherwise within the item listing. PayPal eCheck payments will be shipped after payment has posted as “cleared” to the account. Shipping is via USPS First Class Mail to your PayPal address. If you are shipping to an address OTHER than your PayPal address, please email me to confirm; otherwise your order will ship to the PayPal address. Should you require priority shipping, please indicate this in the “Notes to Seller” at checkout and again, WAIT for a REVISED invoice before making payment.

INSURANCE Insurance is optional but SignatureSterling is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Purchases over $100 will be shipped insured with delivery confimation at my expense.

Refunds and Exchanges SignatureSterling is committed to customer satisfaction. Should your bracelet or necklace need restringing within the first 30 days (very rare), there is no charge. After 30 days, the charge for restringing is $5.00 plus s&h and any missing materials.
