Studio Policies for abracapocus

~~I usually do not work on weekends. This time is reserved for my family. It allows me to unwind and keep the creativity flowing. If you email me or make a purchase over the weekend, I will promptly respond back to you on Monday.~~
All prints are printed on my Epson R1800 printer with Utlra-Chrome inks on archival quality paper. With proper care, they should last a lifetime. I print each item after it is ordered and payment has been recieved. Then I allow 24 hours drying time before I package them up and send them to you. There is usually a 3 day turnaround time on all prints, unless they are customized. Then please allow 10 days for your item to be completed.
Payment
I prefer Paypal, but I also accept money orders/cashier's check. Payment must be received within 7 days from purchase.
Shipping
All my prints are shipped in a clear cello sleeve with a support backing and then placed in a stiff mailer.
For US orders, I ship USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. If you would prefer Priority mail, just let me know at checkout and I will send you a revised invoice.
International orders ship AirMail. I can ship Global Priority if you prefer, just let me know at checkout and I will send an invoice with the revised shipping amount.
Insurance is optional, but recommended as I am not responsible for the item once it leaves my house.
International buyers are responsible for customs charges.
Refunds and Exchanges
I take great pride in my work and want to make sure you are completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a print or photograph, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Unfortunately, due to the personal nature of custom items, these cannot be returned. I do allow for revisions and send you a copy for final approval via email. Once the final product has been agreed on, there will be no refunds offered.
I am not responsible for damage or losses due to shipping. I recommend purchasing shipping insurance to cover the unexpected.
