Studio Policies for DivaDea
Thanks for visiting DivaDea. Please feel free to send me a message here or email me (admin@divadea.com) if you have any questions about my handmade polymer clay creations or about these shop policies. I would love to hear from you.
My preferred method of payment is PayPal; however you may pay with a check/money order or RME. Please make checks payable to "Alissa Plant" and keep in mind that your item will be shipped when your check has cleared. Feel free to contact me with any payment questions before placing your order.
Pennsylvania residents will be charged 6 percent sales tax. Paypal will charge this automatically. If paying by another method, either include the tax or convo me for a total that includes tax.
I ship items (with the possible exception of custom orders) within 4 days of payment received.
Message me if you would like shipping insurance/tracking, and I will reply with the cost.
I generally use the USPS for shipping.
In the interest of consuming less stuff, I use recycled packaging materials as often as possible, and I do not send receipts. However, sometimes a customer has a reason for needing these things, so if you convo me and request the printed receipt from etsy and/or new mailing materials, I will gladly oblige.
I will gladly giftwrap your item for free. Just let me know in the notes to seller.
I try my best to represent my items accurately; however, if you feel your item is not what you expected, please contact me within one week of receiving your item. If necessary, I will offer a refund (not including shipping) or exchange, which will be given only after the item in question has been returned to me in its original condition.
My wholesale prices are 50% of my etsy shop prices, with a minimum of ten items purchased, plus actual shipping costs. Feel free to convo me with questions or to purchase items wholesale. Please bear in mind that my items are one of a kind.
If you purchase my handmade beads and pendants, you are welcome to use them in your own creations for re-sale. Credit is not necessary, but it sure is appreciated!
