If payment is not received within 72 hours, unless you are in direct contact with me about the item, I will cancel the sale and re-list the item.

Your satisfaction is my number one priority. If you are not satisfied, or the items you have ordered arrive damaged in any way please contact me and I will do whatever I can to fix the problem, but keep in mind I am not liable for products damaged during shipping. Refunds will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

All items except custom requests and custom figure painting are ready to ship as soon as paid for.

I ship items the Monday, Wednesday, or Friday after your payment has been received and processed. Insurance and confirmation mailing can be added if you wish, just let me know and I will send you a revised invoice.

I ship USPS. If you would like to me to use a different courier please let me know and I will make arrangements.

International customers are responsible for custom duties and taxes on their end. If I have overcharged for shipping (as some countries I over calculate for because I don't ship there often) be assured I will refund the extra amount.

If you are buying any items as a gift and want them sent to the recipient as such, please let me know before hand and I can make arrangements.
