Bear Chick wants you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase.

It's hard to figure shipping, so I've adopted a new plan for 2009, with flat shipping at a low rate. I include delivery confirmation with all domestic packages and insurance on all packages over $20. Yes, I'll probably be paying a portion of shipping myself but you're worth it :-)

Please know that all the items I create are one of a kind and if the worst should happen and the package gets lost or damaged, I can only reimburse, not replace, in the majority of cases.

Also, I ship all my jewelry in boxes plus I wrap them in bubble wrap to within an inch of their tiny little lives, so they get to you in one piece (two, if they're earrings).

You may return an item within 7 days for refund of purchase price only.

If payment or arrangements for payment have not been made within 2 days of purchase, the sale will be cancelled.
