I ship via USPS within 2 days of your payment clearing (Sundays and holidays excluded simply because the post office is closed).
I accept Paypal, checks, money orders and Google Checkout.
Payment is appreciated within 24 hours of ordering. Communicate with me if something goes wrong. Most issues are very easily forgiven and forgotten, but you gotta communicate with me.
No returns/refunds unless I grossly misrepresented the item. For vintage clothes, fitting is entirely your responsibility. I provide several detailed measurements, please be sure of your measurements before you buy. Or contact me for assistance.

Even though I check every vintage pattern before I list it, Im human, I make mistakes. Ive got hundreds of awesome patterns to list and I might be really excited and anxious to get to the next one and not notice that the 24th piece of 30 is missing from the envelope. Or perhaps it looked like 2 pieces were stuck together when it was only the one big piece.
Should you receive an incomplete pattern, accept my apologies and please contact me for options on how to fix the situation.
I get patterns from different sources, sort the ones I want to build for myself and then list the others here. Theyre in as-found condition. In order to keep my prices so low, Im not as thorough as someone who charges twice or plenty more for the same pattern, however, Im quite willing to rectify the situation if you are not satisfied with what arrives in your mailbox.
And as always, please ask questions. Im usually available online from about 8AM to 8PM PST. Sometimes earlier and later, too. Im a one-woman show and this is my livelihood...or at least what Id rather be doing instead of everything else! :)
