Located in Columbus, OH, Distinctive Moments was founded in 2004 as a bridal accessory business. In the Fall of 2005, Scrapbook Creations was included into the line of products. The owner wanted to incorporate her love for scrapbooking into her business. She also wanted to assist others in preserving their most precious memories.

The owner has been scrapbooking since 2002. She enjoys making cards, paper crafts, and scrapbooks for various occasions.
